Prosecco e Bocce - Daily
Ball in one hand; Prosecco in the other. It might be some kind of magic, but a game of Bocce is always better with a glass or two of Prosecco. Rustle up some mates, acquire the accoutrements from cellar door (a bottle of Prosecco, glass flutes, the bocce set and the rule book) and assume the position for a game for fun or higher stakes - you choose. Ever wanted to be the host who makes the worlds best cocktail? With Christian Dal Zotto, some key tools of the trade, the requisite Prosecco and some tasty seasonal ingredients, you'll be the cool cocktail king amongst all those crazy cats. Learn the motions and the potions from a champion mixologist using the beautifully versatile hero ingredient - Dal Zotto Prosecco. Classes run four times a year, at the start of each season. Experienc includes: 60 minute class, three-course lunch at Dal Zotto's Trattoria with dishes matched to both Prosecco and Prosecco cocktails.
