Located between the Milawa Cheese Company and Brown Brothers Winery, close to the centre of the town, Factory Lane Bed & Breakfast is in the heart of the Milawa Gourmet Region close to the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail. 

Offering a comfortable queen size bed, separate bathroom, small kitchenette equipped with toaster, kettle, bar fridge and microwave and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Supplied daily with everything you need to make yourself a continental breakfast, so that you can dine at anytime. 

All linen, towels, soap, shampoo and body lotion as well as a selection of tea, coffee and sweeteners are supplied.

The accommodation unit is fitted with split system air conditioning, wall mounted LED screen television and USB charging points to recharge your mobile devices.
