Large glazing throughout compliments a high pitched Tasmanian Oak lined ceiling. Winter snow capped view accross the King Valley to Mount Buffalo, and on a clear day Mount Stirling and Mount Buller. Throughout the year vineyard views - and a beautiful private setting looking out to the natural forest area and state park. 

The second and larger balcony complete with a barbecue and ceiling fan enjoys luxurious outdoor seats and is cantilevered over the paddock to bring you up close to nature. The high ceilings continue into the bedroom that enjoys a concrete outdoor bath with views to the state park and alps.
