Chrismont Cellar Door, Restaurant and Larder is an award-winning culinary centrepiece offering wine tastings, daytime dining and breathtaking views in Victoria’s King Valley.

Since planting their first vine in 1980, Chrismont owners Arnie and Jo make the dynamic collection of Chrismont and La Zona wines from their cool-climate vineyards around Cheshunt and Whitfield. 

Like grapes and wine, hospitality is also in their blood, which inspired the creation of a state-of-the-art wine and food centre that embodies their Italian culture and King Valley lifestyle. 

In the restaurant, simple produce and fresh ingredients are used to create dishes of simplicity, harmony and with generosity in flavour, and take inspiration from Jo’s Sicilian and Arnie’s northern Italian heritage. 

From the spacious cellar door, soak up unparalleled views of the surrounding Black Ranges as you explore the extensive collection of Chrismont’s classic European and ‘La Zona’ Mediterranean wines. Taste and learn about emerging varietals like fiano, arneis, tempranillo and sagrantino alongside better-known styles including prosecco, pinot grigio, barbera and sangiovese.

Winner of the coveted National Building Design of the Year Award 2016, Chrismont boasts contemporary interior and sleek, sophisticated architecture that offers an inviting space for visitors to indulge in and relax over a casual visit or special occasion.

Chrismont also features elegant guesthouse accommodation set amongst the vines, making it an idyllic place to restore, relax and rejuvenate.
