Pineapple Flat Camping Area

Pineapple Flat is a pretty, dispersed camping area on the banks of the King River.
It is popular with car-based campers and a good place from which to do day trips to Lake Cobbler, King, Bindaree, and Craig’s Huts.
This campground is accessible only by four wheel drive. Visitors should be aware the King River can rise quickly after heavy rain making it difficult to cross, so keep an eye on the weather.
