The Business Precinct Walk explores the Cathedral precinct, where the impressive Bunya Pine is a standout feature. From there, continue through King George Gardens to admire the stately London Plane Trees, before reaching the Ovens River, home to the significant Major Mitchell Tree and a striking stand of River Red Gums. The Historic Railway Precinct Walk begins at the Wangaratta Performing Arts and Convention Centre and follows Docker Street past the library to the railway precinct. Along the way, discover flowering gums and historic Peppercorn trees planted when the railway was established. The walk concludes along Cusack Street, passing Bishop's Lodge and its notable garden, including a Canary Island Palm planted in the early 20th century. The Residential Precinct Walk starts at the Bike Hub and features a range of significant street trees. The route follows one of Wangaratta's main thoroughfares through an established neighbourhood before returning via Merriwa Park.
