Road Rides

PowersLookoutCycling.jpeg

Do you prefer a leisurely ride from one winery to another?  Or do you prefer to challenge yourself with hill climbs?  There is no doubt that you will find a ride just right for you.  Some of our most iconic road roads include the Ryans/Taminick Loop, which includes the steep but rewarding Taminick Gap and stunning Australian Grass Tree's, also not to be missed is the Whitfield to Lake William Hovell ride passing wineries, old tobacco kilns and amazing vistas of the Alpine National Park.

Cheshunt Cruise

Start in Whitfield and take the King Valley Road to Cheshunt. Ride over the bridges in Cheshunt and turn right onto Upper King Road.

Lake Rowan Ride

From the Wangaratta Visitor Information Centre, head out along the Wangaratta-Yarrawonga Road and turn left at Boweya Road. Follow for approximately 7km and turn slight...

Whitfield to Lake William Hovell

Enjoy cycling in the High Country from Whitfiled to Lake William Hovell.

Whitfield to Mansfield and Return

One of the most picturesque rides in the King Valley. Starting in Whitfield (The pub is a great start/finish location) take the C521 (Mansfield-Whitfield Road).

Moyhu to Upper Ryans Creek

Start at the Moyhu Park and take Glenrowan-Moyhu Road. Take a left turn at the fork in the road at 4kms.

Moyhu to Myrrhee

Start in Moyhu at the Park on the crossroad, and travel 1.7km's on the Wangaratta-Whitfield Road (C521) towards Whitfield. Turn right onto Boggy Creek Road.
